Each pump is fully disassembled, cleaned in an 80°C industrial parts washer, and inspected for wear and tolerance compliance. Components are rebuilt to manufacturer specifications and pressure tested to ensure performance and reliability.
Final Drive & Travel Motor Reconditioning

Hydraulic Cylinder Reconditioning
Cylinders are disassembled and assessed for wear or corrosion. Depending on condition, units may be re-rodded, re-barrelled, or re-tubed to OEM standards. After resealing with premium kits, all cylinders are reassembled and pressure tested to confirm leak-free operation.
